Job Purpose

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Hosts/Servers. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests by providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth flow of food and beverages from the kitchen to the tables.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Overall Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service:

– Knowledge of the circles training from greeting the guests warmly and guide them to their tables.

– Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

– Make menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items.

– Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction.

2. Order Management:

– Input orders into the POS system accurately.

– Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.

– Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

– Double-check orders before serving to ensure accuracy and completeness.

3. Table Maintenance:

– Set tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware.

– Clear tables promptly after guests finish their meals.

– Refill beverages and remove empty plates and glasses as needed.

– Ensure tables are clean and presentable for incoming guests.

4. Upselling and Promotion:

– Suggest appetizers, desserts, and additional items to enhance the dining experience.

– Promote daily specials and promotional offers to increase sales.

– Encourage guests to leave feedback and participate in loyalty programs.

5. Teamwork:

– Collaborate with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

– Assist colleagues during busy periods or when additional support is needed.

– Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proper people skills.

– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

– Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.

– Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
