Overview

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant with a passion for financial analysis and data-driven business decision-making. You will act in a critical role to improve our management accounts process, timelines and delivery. You will also be the point person on selecting and implementing a new ERP system to support our multi-national growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management and accounting principles, coupled with the technical expertise necessary to lead ERP system projects that enhance business efficiency and productivity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Financial Management and Reporting:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to aid in planning and performance evaluation.
• ERP System Selection and Implementation:
  • Lead the selection process for an ERP system that aligns with organizational needs and strategic goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of the ERP system, ensuring integration with existing processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, configure system modules and ensure successful deployment and adoption
• Process Improvement and Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the finance department.
  • Utilize ERP system capabilities to streamline financial operations and enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to staff on ERP system functionalities and best practices.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to financial processes and ERP system implementation.
• Team Support
  • Support in knowledge transfer and building the skillset of our young, hungry team

What You Have

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Relevant work experience in real estate or property management, preferred
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Demonstrated experience in selecting and implementing ERP systems, with a track record of successful project management.
• High technical proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
