KOFISI Expands in Dubai with the Launch of KOFISI Expo City

KOFISI, Africa’s leading provider of premium, hospitality-led workspaces, is set to launch the UAE’s largest business centre and the region’s first fully hospitality-driven workspace experience at Expo City Dubai.

Bringing together world-class workspace design with hotel-grade service, the new Centre introduces an entirely new standard of workplace sophistication to the UAE market.

Marking a significant milestone in the company’s global expansion and further strengthening the growing economic ties between the UAE and Africa, the full-building lease spans more than 95,000 sq ft across nine floors.

It positions KOFISI within one of the world’s most progressive business districts and the UAE’s first Green Innovation District, accelerating the company’s mission to redefine the future of work through environments that seamlessly blend hospitality, wellness and innovation. 

The UAE has long recognised Africa as a key trade and investment partner, with relations rooted in shared priorities, longstanding heritage and deep community ties.

As Africa continues its rapid social and economic transformation, the UAE serves as a strategic gateway for the continent, offering global connectivity with two-thirds of the world’s population reachable within an eight-hour flight.

Political consultations between the UAE and the African Union Commission in September 2025 reaffirmed both regions’ commitment to promoting peace, stability and sustainable development. KOFISI’s expansion into Dubai reflects this strengthening partnership and the increasing exchange of ideas, business and opportunity between the two regions.

Expo City Dubai – the legacy site of Expo 2020 – is now a leading hub for innovation, sustainability and global collaboration. Its strategic position between Abu Dhabi and Dubai connects KOFISI and its members to major transport links and the wider GCC, opening direct access to one of the region’s most dynamic economic blocs.

The new KOFISI Centre spans an entire LEED Platinum, Grade A building designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill. With panoramic views across Al Wasl and iconic Expo landmarks, the space blends high-performance architecture with thoughtful design. Members are steps away from the Dubai Metro, hotels, serviced apartments and a range of lifestyle and business amenities within Expo City.

Inside the building, KOFISI will deliver its distinctive and unique hospitality-led experience: bespoke private offices, state-of-the-art meeting and event spaces, wellness facilities, beautifully crafted lounges and restaurants and curated environments that bring together productivity, culture, lifestyle and community.

This opening follows KOFISI’s expansion across Africa, where the Group  now operates nearly 600,000 sq ft of premium workspace in Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Nigeria and Morocco and aligns with its broader strategy to reach one million sq ft of workspace over the coming years – with openings in Egypt and Ghana in 2026 planned.
