KOFISI Africa is delighted to have won the highest accolade for workspace providers in Africa at the prestigious API Awards 2023 in Johannesburg earlier this month.
Speaking at the Award Ceremony, KOFISI CEO, Michael Aldridge says, “It’s an honour for everyone at KOFISI to be recognized for delivering best in class shared workspaces for Africa.
We continue to push the boundaries for office design and workplace services in our goal to support business productivity through hospitality.”
The company was recently shortlisted for a design award at the global SBID awards for office space design at KOFISI Square, having been a runner up in the same category last year for KOFISI 9 in Nairobi.
This has been an incredible year for KOFISI, winning new clients and new locations – with the company soon opening Centres in Kigali and Casablanca – adding to its 6 Centres in Nairobi, and their Centres in Lagos and Dar es Salaam. This is a 65% growth in size of their portfolio.
“We are the largest shared workspace provider in Africa and the preferred option for most multinational companies looking to set up operations on the continent, proudly counting AWS, Google, GIZ and BOLT among our client base. The success of our unique enterprise-flex and hospitality-led model speaks for itself in that we continue to attract these types of businesses as they look to enter, explore and expand with the opportunity presented on the continent,” says Aldridge.
KOFISI is the leading provider of workspace across Africa. Its unique offering combines customised work suites for clients from hotel-inspired services and facilities. Members are able to work, eat, create and meet from the widest range of amenities on offer in the sector.
